Care Instructions

1. Can I put my cup in the dishwasher?

Mugs and stainless steel tumblers are dishwasher safe. We use a printing process that ensures each design does not peel or fade!

Glass cans, are heat pressed, not vinyl meaning the print will not come off. However, we recommend hand washing as some dishwasher temps can be higher than others, therefore resulting in fading.

2. How do I wash my straws?

Hand wash with a bristle straw cleaner.

Processing Time

1. How long until my order will ship?

Please allow 7-9 days processing before your order will ship out. We do offer a Rush delivery option at checkout for orders that need to be expedited.

2. How long will it take to get my package?

Our current processing time is 7-10 days before orders will ship out. We ship all orders via USPS. Most orders will arrive in 3-5 business days once shipped.

We do offer a Rush delivery option at checkout for orders that need to be expedited. Rush orders will be shipped within 1 business day.

3. Can I rush an order?

Yes - in checkout select "Rush" for delivery.

Order & Returns

1. What is your return policy?

All custom items are final sale. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@cups4cuties.com if the item is damaged from delivery or if you receive the wrong item.

If a request for refund is approved, we’ll automatically refund back to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. What if I don't like how my custom order turned out?

We're sorry you aren't happy with your cup, however, we only print cups that have been approved by the seller. We want you to love your cup which is why we require and enforce the approval process.

If there is something damaged on the cup, please contact us.

3. What is the process for custom cups?

Once your custom cup is ordered, you will receive a mock-up with your custom cup in your email which will include your custom text and image (if relevant).

I am able to do slight tweaks to the original images and designs but I am a cup maker, not a graphic designer. I make the cups with the images you provide.

The cup will not be made until the seller approves of the mock-up.

4. What if I want a completely custom cup not on your site?

Feel free to contact me, but keep in mind I'm a cup maker; not a graphic designer. There may be an additional fee if the design is too different than an item currently on the site.

Store Questions

1. Why do you have more selection on your website than Etsy?

Though Etsy is a great platform, their functionality is limited for creators. Also, they collect a lot of money per sale making selling only Etsy not sustainable.

2. Do you create each cup to order?

Yes! Each cup is made when the order is received. I believe this keeps the "made with love" in small business.

3. How can I further support Cups 4 Cuties?

Purchasing is enough but I LOVE when customers share their cups and tag me in Instagram stories. Also, writing a review helps others know how good the quality of my cups is.

4. How do I sign-up for your infamous email list?

You can sign-up here for (literally) exclusive discounts and updates or at the bottom of the every page on the website.

5. How often do you release new cups?

I like to release new cups in batches so I don't overwhelm people. I only make certain cups for a limited amount of time so that I can focus on quicker turnaround time and quality with the cups that are available and seasonally relevant.

6. Can I send a gift?

We offer hand-written gift messages and the option to hide the prices as a gift receipt.

7. Why do you only offer limited amounts on some designs?

If I offered all my designs, all the time it would be overwhelming to my customers and myself. By "dropping" limited time collections, I'm able to keep up with demand, changes in the market and quickly and efficiently get orders out.
